*Orders will be produced in the order in which they are received. If you have a certain deadline, please be sure to note that in your order. Although we will do our best to meet all deadlines, most orders may be completed anywhere between 3-10 weeks. Once your order is placed, the scheduling will appear on the invoice based upon our current workload and the scope of the project.

 *What makes our product such a delight is that each project is handcrafted and unique. The materials we use are organic, and no two products are exactly the same. Each piece of wood has its unique grain structure. Each handblown glass piece its own waves and color. The space and lighting will impact each product differently. Although you may not be receiving the exact piece shown on the photograph, you can be assured that any changes were made in the product or design were made for the improvement of function and form.

 *We use three or more coats of the finest professional lacquer, for the most durable and long-lasting finish on the market. Our water based stains show off the beautiful grains. We can match any stain, but we cannot guarantee any perfect stain match, due to the fact that each type and piece of wood, its grain structure, direction of grain, and lighting situation are unique and every person sees color slightly differently. Bass Synagogue Furniture is not liable for minor differences in color or exact detail.

*Some assembly may be required. We provide clear markings, tools, and instructions for easy assembly. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance in assembly. We can schedule a video call to walk you through any detail at no cost.

*We ship most projects under 3 tons via EMS, Fed-Ex, and UPS, one-week air with tracking and fully insured, by BSF directly, at very reasonable prices. All work is carefully custom packed and crated in the studio at no additional cost for additional protection and security. Bass Synagogue Furniture Ltd. is not liable for delays in shipping.
