The Golden Flame Ner Tamid was commissioned by the Yeshiva High School of Boca Raton, FL.   The rabbi came to Israel and chose this fantastic piece himself.  The 8  hand blown flames and cherry wood base sculpted at the Bass Synagogue Furniture studios by artist Gabriel Bass.   The base is lathed in the studio from solid cherrywood and hanging bulb beneath was handmade on the torch from borosilicate glass. Lighting and chains attached from within. Ready to hang, strong, sturdy, easy to install, and comes with at least 2 meters of chain and clear wiring, plug or hardwired with lightbulb housing. Additional chain and wire provided upon request to suit the distance that you would like to hang the Eternal Light from the ceiling.

Commission a Ner Tamid with Flames

This Ner Tamid, Eternal Light, has been custom built according to the needs, style, and budget of our client.  Please contact us for information on how to design and produce a ner tamid to suit your congregation, either in a similar or different style.  Each Ner Tamid base is lathed from solid wood and mounted with hand blown glass, made individually by artist Gabriel Bass.  We offer your choice of wood color, unique detail work in carving and glass.   The price listed approximates for custom work in similar style, detail, and size.  Simpler or similar available work may be generously discounted, so be sure to contact us to discuss your needs.

Bass Synagogue Furniture provides unique ner tamids for synagogues around the world. We specialize in the convergence of solid wood, hand blown glass, and metal work. Many ner tamid are currently available for sale and others can be custom commissioned to order. Ner Tamids can be hung from the ceiling or mounted upon the aron kodesh. Many eternal lights include hand blown glass by master craftsman Gabriel Bass, who also creates many of the original glass blowing molds.
