The sketch covering the back wall of the aron kodesh is designed to be carved in deep relief arte noveau style. The ner tamid hangs from the top level of the aron kodesh. The doors of the aron kodesh contain twelve panels that will be carved with the twelve tribes of Israel symbols. The crown is represented above. Domes and pillars are seen throughout the design. The current windows would be covered by an actual photograph of the Western Wall, split into six parts to cover all the windows.
